Andy Serkiz originally came from Poland. Although he was born in Poland, Andy’s second native language is Ukrainian. From an early age he has had an aptitude for foreign languages which has gradually developed into a professional occupation. He is now able to make translations of the highest quality.

Interpreting

Andy Serkiz has been a freelance interpreter since 2005. During this time he was been working for various government departments (HM Revenue & Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, and HM Prison Service) as well as local hospitals and business. Many of his assignments are for public services and he has interpreted over a 1000 hours of phone calls and more than 300 hours - face-to-face.

Andy Serkiz offers professional and accurate translations. He has an experience in translating many different texts from English to Polish and vice versa. About 70% of his projects are translating Health & Safety policies which have become his main area of expertise. All texts requiring translation are carefully analysed regarding various aspects of communication and proofread several times in order to provide the best possible service.

Andy Serkiz’s Agency offers assistance in various administrative matters to people who can’t speak English. With the help and cooperation of other translators and interpreters he plans to develop and expand his business.
